NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Hearing followed by a Regular meeting on May 13, 2021 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport.
The Hearing will be a Zoning Variance Application. An application was submitted by Travis Falk and Erica Godfrey of 12599 Lake Rd. Millersport, Ohio for a reduction in the rear and front yard setback located at 12599 Lake Rd Millersport, OH 43046. The applicant is making a request for a reduction of setbacks for 3.5 feet in the rear and 5.5 feet in the front from the required 25 feet to build a detached accessory building. The Zoning Resolution allows 25 feet in the front and 25 feet in the rear for setbacks for an accessory building in a B3 Zoning District per Section 9.12F of the Zoning Resolution.
